Ξεκινώντας τη δράση της το 1993, η ΔΟΜΗΣΗ ΡΟΔΟΥ εδραιώθηκε στην τοπική και ευρύτερη αγορά, έχοντας να παρουσιάσει πολυάριθμα πλεονεκτήματα και ασύγκριτα μεγέθη.
Με τις κεντρικές εγκαταστάσεις, συνολικής έκτασης  6000 τ.μ, να βρίσκονται στο 3ο χμ της Εθνικής Οδού Ρόδου – Λίνδου. Ένα νευραλγικό και ταυτόχρονα εύκολα προσβάσιμο σημείο, στην περιοχή που έχει να επιδείξει τη μεγαλύτερη βιομηχανική και εμπορική ανάπτυξη τα τελευταία χρόνια στη Ρόδο.
Το 2006, στα πλαίσια της επενδυτικής και εμπορικής πολιτικής της ΔΟΜΗΣΗ ΡΟΔΟΥ Α.Ε.Β.Ε, διαμορφώθηκαν οι νέοι και πλήρως λειτουργικοί εσωτερικοί εκθεσιακοί χώροι, κάνοντας χρήση της τελευταίας εξέλιξης των συστημάτων έκθεσης και προβολής προιόντων.
Σ’ αυτούς ενσωματώθηκε πρόσφατα η αποκλειστική έκθεση πλακιδίων και ειδών υγιεινής, σε έναν όροφο 1.000 τμ.
Το 2011 ξεκίνησε και η στρατηγική συνεργασία με την ΕΤΕΜ, μία από τις μεγαλύτερες βιομηχανίες διέλασης αλουμινίου στη Νοτιοανατολική Ευρώπη, με τη ΔΟΜΗΣΗ ΡΟΔΟΥ Α.Ε.Β.Ε να αποτελεί τον αποκλειστικό διανομέα των προϊόντων της στη Ρόδο.
